National Ranking of Master Planned Communities

Darling Homes’ mission to build high-quality homes with superior craftsmanship in the best communities has been confirmed once again by the announcement that six of the Houston home builder’s neighborhoods are located in the top 20 best-selling master-planned communities nationwide.

In fact, Texas neighborhoods make up nearly half of the mid-year list compiled by Robert Charles Lesser & Co. (RCLCO), with nine out of 20 top-ranking communities located in the Houston area.

Darling Homes currently builds in six of those nine communities including Riverstone in Sugar Land, Creekside Park in The Woodlands, Aliana in Richmond, Cross Creek Ranch in Fulshear and Sienna Plantation in Missouri City.

Riverstone, where Darling Homes builds five different collections of homes, was ranked highest among the Houston master-planned communities, coming in at No. 4 in the national RCLCO rankings.
